- Project timelines depend on client responsiveness and content submission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website design services do not include ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising management, or long-term marketing retainers.
3. Hosting & Support
Where hosting is included within a package:
- Hosting covers standard website file storage and SSL provision.
- Hosting does not include third-party email services unless stated.
- Clients are responsible for domain registration unless managed separately.
- We reserve the right to suspend hosting for non-payment or misuse.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely via approved payment providers.
- Directory listing fees are non-refundable once published.
- Website deposits are non-refundable once development has commenced.
- Refunds are not provided for completed digital services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients confirm that:

6. Limitation of Liability
